Fleet and pooled-stock pricing applies from six units, with allocated stock held at depot and drawn down on your programme.
Quoting, delivery and returns
The questions that come up most often between enquiry and delivery day.
Every enquiry is answered within one business day, and most inside four working hours. Quotes are itemised into unit price, modification and freight, and hold for 14 days.
The delivery zip code and a note on site access: whether a tilt-bed can reverse in, whether there is overhead cable or tree cover, and whether the ground is level and firm.
Yes. Depot visits can be arranged by appointment, and for remote buyers we send photographs of the specific unit assigned to your order, including any noted defect.
A deposit secures the unit and schedules fabrication; the balance is due before dispatch. Fleet and pooled-stock orders are invoiced against an agreed drawdown schedule.
Tell us within seven days of delivery. If a unit does not match its stated grade we collect it and replace it, or refund in full. That has applied to under one percent of deliveries.
