Whether you need a lock-tight box for a site or a temperature-controlled unit for produce, the choice comes down to height, access and condition grade. Here is how each type differs.

Shipping Containers
The standard ISO box, and the unit most people mean when they search for shipping containers for sale. Corten steel walls, marine plywood floor, double cargo doors at one end, and corner castings rated for stacking eight high.

Ground-level · No foundation
Storage Containers
Affordable storage containers for construction sites, contractors, retailers and homeowners. They sit at ground level on level hardcore, need no permit in most jurisdictions, and stay dry through a winter without maintenance.

High Cube Containers
One extra foot of interior height, which is the difference between a box you store in and a box you work in. High cube containers are the default choice for conversions, tall pallet loads and anything on a wheeled rack.

Modified Containers
Fabrication happens in our own yards, so the drawing you approve is the unit that gets welded. Site offices, workshops, pop-up retail, sanitation blocks, gyms, plant rooms and container homes.

Reefer Containers
Temperature-controlled units for food distribution, pharmaceutical storage, floristry and brewing. Every reefer we list arrives with a service record for the machinery and a pull-down test result.

Passive temperature control
Insulated Containers
The middle ground between a dry box and a reefer: full insulation without a running compressor. Ideal for dry goods, paint, adhesives, batteries and anything that fails in a heat cycle.

- Lower running cost than a refrigerated unit
- Retrofittable with a cooling unit later
- Popular for conversions needing a head start

Specialized Containers
For loads a standard box will not take. Open tops for crane loading, flat racks for over-width machinery, open sides for full-length access, and certified hazardous-goods units with bunded floors.

The parts that make a box usable
Container and cabin accessories ship with the unit rather than three weeks after it: lock boxes, high-security padlocks, ramps, vents, shelving, condensation control, door gaskets, cabin steps and handrails.
For phased projects, our shipping container pool holds allocated units at depot so you draw them down as the programme needs them, at the price agreed on day one.
