Twelve checks before a trailer leaves the yard
Trailers fail at the floor, the bearings and the wiring. Those are the first three things we look at, not the last.
STEP 01
Floor and frame
Moisture-probed at every crossmember, welds inspected, rust treated or panels replaced.
STEP 02
Axles and bearings
Hubs pulled, bearings repacked or renewed, spring hangers and shackles load-checked.
STEP 03
Brakes and wiring
Each axle brake-tested individually; lighting, connectors and breakaway cable verified to DOT.
STEP 04
Tyres and dividers
Tread depth and date codes recorded; dividers, ramps and tie rings load-tested.
STEP 05
Road test loaded
Towed at weight before dispatch, then photographed for your file with the inspection sheet.
Match the trailer to the vehicle, not the ambition
A half-ton pickup will legally tow a two horse bumper-pull and will not tow a loaded gooseneck. Send us your vehicle make, model and year with your enquiry and we will confirm the pairing before you pay a deposit — including tongue weight, brake controller requirement and hitch class.

- Titles, VINs and weight plates transferred at hand-over, no chasing paperwork.
